  Kinda slow service, for off-peak hours. Order was wrong, forgot condiments after being told three times.

  The food isn't bad but it's never really made quite right. At least that's the case with their burgers. I don't know who's managing the place but they also need to tell their employees to stop making the ice cream first when fulfilling a fast food order through the drive thru. Twice now they have given me a frozen treat that I planned on taking home with me to my family first and then make me wait close to 15 minutes to give me my food. By then it's pretty much melted because they didn't ask if I wanted it after my food was ready. Also they forgot an item one time which when confronted, the two employees looked at each other and said "I thought you made it". I got it after they settled who was going to make it, but still, the manager just needs to get their team organized. It's not that they are doing horribly they just aren't organized.
